TV Chin Wag is the internet's largest and most popular podcast that is created in Ryan's living room. Our main goal is to discover and enjoy the best TV programs out there, and then talk about them.
Our format is simple, get together and talk about all the show we watched during the week. We will have the common shows to talk about, and each of us will come with shows that we have just found. Normally in a week we will talk about American TV shows, but we will also discuss shows from Canada, and the UK. Consider this our gift to the world. Three countries worth of TV reviewed and criticized by two lame asses, all for the greater good of finding you, The Viewer, The best shows around!
Ryan attended a special finishing school called Madame Victoria's School for the Handsome. He grew up on the west coast and spent many years perfecting his ability to discern the year of a show only by the sound of it's laugh track. Ryan likes Sci-Fi and really high quality Character actors especially if they have swearing and nudity. His dislikes included lame reality shows, such as American Idol.
Favorite Shows include: Battlestar Galactica, Lost, Prison Break, Reaper, Sopranos, Deadwood, Rome, jpod. Da Vinci's Inquest, Intelligence, Entourage, Californication, Huff, Family Guy, Stargate: Atlantis, Arrested Development, CSI, The Shield, The Office, Extras, Spaced. And many more.
Geoff Gauthier
Geoff comes from a long line of TV watchers and will hopefully be able to class this show up a little. Although we arn't holding our breath.
Keith Manning .
Keith Developed an interest in television and film at an early age
He was left alone in front of the TV set or "the babysitter" as it was affectionately known in the Manning household, for hours at a time. As a result , to this day, Keith still has a difficult time separating his own reality from that of many TV shows. Particularly, the Jeffersons. Being from a predominantly British background, he is particularly fond of UK TV fare, including Doctor Who (Past and Present), Torchwood, Shameless, The Office, Extras and The Catherine Tate Show, to name a few.
Other fav's include Dexter, The Ultimate Fighter, Lost, Deadwood, Life on Mars, Heroes, Prison Beak, The First 48, City Confidential.
Tv Chin Wag is produced infront of a live Studio Audience of 1. Many thanks and loads of appreciation to our intrepid camera man Matt G! Tv Chin Wag is filmed from the suburbs of Vancouver, BC, Canada. We film Tuesday night and hopefully have the video and site updated on Wednesday evening.
